The Pediatric Generalist Research Group is a consortium of pediatric investigators united by their "generalist" perspective, emphasizing the health and welfare of children and their families as holistically as possible, using approaches ranging from epidemiology to ethics, and focusing on both patient-specific outcomes and population-level health.

Our mission is to improve the well being of children, adolescents, and their families by enabling key people-patients, parents, health care providers and organizational leaders, governmental representatives and policy framers-to make better decisions on behalf of children. We aim to do so by providing pertinent data of the highest quality, analyzed in a manner to improve our understanding of how to best care for children.
